Domestic
Each and every piece is made with a lot of care and attention to detail and we check every single item before it is shipped to you ensuring that you receive the best and highest quality product. We want you to love your online purchase made at Colors Of Love as much as we loved making it.
“We do not have a return policy at this moment”, although, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for a reason we would be happy to exchange it for another style of the same or higher value.
We do not provide exchanges for sample sales or general sales.
All items sold under DISCOUNT/SALE are FINAL.
Please note that the exchange is possible subject to the availability of a requested item. As we are a slow fashion brand and make limited quantities of each piece there is a possibility that we may not have the requested item in stock. If your requested product is unavailable, you will be issued store credit that will be eligible for 1 month from the date of issue.
Items are eligible for exchange only once.
We understand that the whole process of getting engaged in an exercise of exchange can be tiring and expensive and so we request you to take your time and decide which product you would like to purchase. If you are unsure about an item before purchase you can always email us at hello@colorsoflove.co or dm us on Instagram and we would be happy to help with any product-related query to avoid the whole process of exchange.
Send us an email to the above-mentioned email address and mention your full name and order number stating the reason for the exchange (attach pictures if possible) and we will reply back with the instructions and address for the whole process and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
Any item to be exchanged needs to be returned within 2 days of your receiving it. Please allow us 7 working days to ship your requested exchange item after we receive it.
Please note that we do not cover the return postage cost and it should be done at your expense. We do not take responsibility for the products being returned and would advise you to use reliable and traceable service and provide our customer care with the tracking details.
Please note that all items sent back for exchange must be in original condition, unused/unworn, and in their original packaging with the packaging slip and with all the tags intact. The item/items once received will go through a quality check procedure, if they are returned to us with any make-up/marks, wear and tear, or odours (including perfume/deodorant), these items will be returned to you and your exchange will be forfeited.
International
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
