Pre-Order Processing Time
All pre-order pieces require 10–14 days to be crafted and dispatched. The timeline begins from the date of order placement.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, and a tracking number for your shipment.
Payment
Full payment needs to be made at the time of placing your pre-order. This secures your reservation and helps us plan our inventory accurately.
Shipping
Once your pre-ordered items are ready, they will be shipped using our standard shipping methods. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched.
Cancellations & Modifications
No cancellation or modifications are possible for pre-order items.
